Business School by 1xBet is a social and educational project created for young people in Zambia aged 18-35 who want to start a business or launch a social initiative but need the right knowledge, guidance, and resources.
The school helps participants move from ideas to real action by combining:
- practical online education
- mentorship from real experts in the field
- access to professionals and a supportive community
- and grant funding for the strongest ideas
We believe that talent and ambition already exist in Zambia - the goal is to provide the tools and opportunities to unlock them.

Magnate is the ambassador, mentor, and driving force behind Business School by 1xBet. He is the heart of the project.
As an entrepreneur and mentor, he personally guides participants through the journey from learning to action, sharing real-life experience, honest insights, and practical advice.

Online Lecture Series
Participants gain access to a series of 5 online lectures, delivered by Magnate and invited experts. Lecture topics include:
- Entrepreneurship & business fundamentals
- Financial literacy
- Marketing and social media (SMM)
- Leadership
- Soft skills and personal development
- The format includes interactive talks, real-life examples, and Q&A sessions. All lectures are recorded and available online.
Grant Program - “Guide for Dreamers”
Participants with strong ideas can apply for the grant program. Grant details:
- 3 winners
- 50,000 Zambian kwacha for each winner
- Selection by a jury (Magnate, project partners) and audience involvement
- The goal of the program is to support the launch or development of business and social projects with real potential.
